Alright, so things are looking up....I have gotten a freelance job with a very nice photographer named Greg Milano. It is a very nice change and I am not as frustrated with the assisting world as I used to be. I am beginning to get out of the current working relationship with another photographer who shall remain unnamed. Milano actually appreciates and respects his assistants as much as we respect him. I am keeping my fingers crossed in hopes that he will hire me again in the future after this job is done. YEA!!!

Okay, since it has been brought up, let's have a lesson in copyright violation...

"Copyright is a right, granted to you by law, to control the copying, reproduction, distribution, derivative use, and public display of your photographs, and to sue for unauthorized use (infringement) of your work.

This right begins at the moment you fix your photographic expression in a tangible form, that is, when you create the latent image, whether on film or digital media. Copyright ownership, bestowed automatically when you make an image, does not depend upon registration with the copyright office or placement of a copyright notice on the image."

So, therefore, musicians who should probably know about copyright laws, need not steal my images, especially when Next-Wave specifically noted that all images and articles were sole property of Next-Wave during usage.

I'm desperatley trying to make a living at this and I really can't be stolen from.

The Austin Record show was this past Saturday...I got some GOOD stuff, it was definitely my nerdy kinda crowd.

This Saturday is the Dallas Comicon, which David is asking me to attend, NOT my nerdy kinda crowd, but definitely his!
